  Experience: Before joining PrideStaff, I enjoyed a 35-year career providing management consulting, IT and business process outsourcing and staffing services to businesses of all sizes. I am passionate about having a positive impact on my clients’ businesses and personal goals, and the careers of my staff and job seekers. The Big Picture: As the proud owner and Strategic-Partner of the PrideStaff Ontario office, my goal is to help businesses in my territory and talented job seekers reach their personal and professional goals. My team’s commitment is to place the right person the first time, and to have a positive impact on our clients’ businesses, our candidate’s careers and the overall business community. Our success is dependent on our ability to understand our clients’ and candidates’ needs and do a better job than our competitor in meeting them. Secrets to Success: I live by the commitment to make every day count, challenge the status quo and take the high road even when it's not easy. I also believe what you focus on expands and that the focus should be on those things that you can control. One of my favorite quotes is, “keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you too, can become great.” Mark Twain Favorite Stress Reliever: In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding my Harley on a country road, walking my dog and golfing.
